In the period from September 10 to Monday September 13, we are implementing activities within the project “Capacity building for success – fostering youth professional realization and employability” (CAST). The project aims to reduce the gap between supply and demand on the labor market by strengthening the capacities of young people in the domain of knowledge and skills that are necessary for the successful development of their future careers. At today's meeting, future training modules for young people were defined based on already conducted analyzes of local markets. Partners from Montenegro, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, North Macedonia, Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina attended. The project foresees that training for young people will be held at the beginning of October also in Pirot. On this occasion, young people from partner countries will visit Pirot and will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills that will help them to better position themselves in the labor market.
